We see a small number of patients each day so the first appointment can be unhurried and genuinely conversational. Below is a sketch of what your visit will look like, and how to make it easier on yourself.
Your first visit
A considered first appointment.
Conversation
We start by listening: what brings you in, what you’d like to change, what you’ve tried before. No script, no checklist.
Examination
A thorough exam, digital imaging, and any necessary diagnostic photographs. Everything is explained as we go.
Treatment plan
We discuss findings together and outline options. Costs, timing, and trade-offs are presented openly so you can make an informed decision.
Next steps
If you’d like to proceed, we schedule treatment at the pace that suits you. There is no pressure to commit on the first visit.
Before your visit
Make your visit easier.
New patient forms can be completed in advance through the patient portal, or in the office on the day. Arriving fifteen minutes early gives us time to review your forms together so the appointment itself stays focused on you.
Insurance and financing
Working with what you have.
We accept most major dental insurance plans and file your claims as a courtesy, so you don’t have to chase the paperwork after every visit. For treatment that falls outside insurance coverage, we partner with Cherry® and CareCredit® for flexible monthly plans with 0% APR options. Your treatment plan with the estimated out-of-pocket cost is written up at the consultation, before any work begins.
