Cherry®
Flexible monthly plans through Cherry®.
Cherry® offers 0% financing and flexible monthly payment plans that many of our patients use to handle co-pays, deductibles, and treatment that falls outside their insurance coverage.
You apply directly with Cherry®, bring the approval into the office, and we apply it against your treatment plan. We do not handle the financing decision (Cherry® does), which keeps the conversation in the chair focused on the dentistry rather than the paperwork.
CareCredit®
Established dental-financing through CareCredit®.
CareCredit® offers 0% financing with monthly payment options used by many of our patients for co-payments, deductibles, and procedures not covered by insurance: the same set of uses as Cherry®, through a different provider.
If you already carry a CareCredit® account from a previous medical or dental provider, it can be used here as well. New applications are handled on the CareCredit® site directly.
Insurance, cards, and the rest
How we handle the rest.
We accept most dental insurance plans, and as a courtesy we file your dental insurance claim on your behalf, so you do not have to chase the paperwork after every visit.
Cosmetic procedures (teeth whitening is the common example) are typically not covered by insurance. We are happy to walk you through what is covered and what is not before any work begins, so there are no surprises on the way out.

At your consultation you receive a written treatment plan that includes your estimated out-of-pocket expense, so the conversation about how to pay happens before any work begins, not after.

The most useful financing conversation happens once we know exactly what your treatment plan looks like and what your insurance is covering. The first visit is where that itemized estimate is produced. Bring your insurance details if you have them, and we will write the plan from there.
